Blue spirulina is an extract of spirulina, a blue-green algae rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties. Its powder form is perfect for adding to juices and smoothies.

Ingredients
- 3 green apples
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 head of celery
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsps blue spirulina powder
Serves 4.

Kuvings AUTO10 Plus Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
Directions
- Wash ingredients and chop as needed.
- Load greens at the bottom of the hopper and lemon and apples on top.
- Turn the juicer on and let it juice.
- Add the blue spirulina powder to the juice cup and stir.
