Erewhon is a health and wellness supermarket chain located in Los Angeles. The chain gained popularity due to its expensive pricing, attracting curious consumers who wondered if Erewhon's products were worth their hefty price tags.
One of their signature items is their Coconut Cloud Smoothie, priced at $18 for a 20 oz cup.

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1 scoop blue spirulina powder
- Coconut cream
Serves 2.

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the smoothie strainer.
Directions
- Thaw pineapple for 5 minutes.
- Load all ingredients except milk and coconut cream in the hopper.
- Make sure smart cap is closed.
- Turn on the juicer. Pour milk through the opening periodically.
- Open smart cap when everything is well-combined.
- Add coconut cream to the bottom and sides of the cup.
- Add a bit of spirulina powder to the cup for the dark blue splatter.
- Pour the smoothie into the cup.
- Top with coconut cream.
Tip
You can add collagen powder to mimic the original recipe!
