Ingredients
- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 2-3 cups water
- 2-3 medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
- Pinch of salt

Directions
- Remove pits from dates.
- Place hazelnuts, dates, and water in a bowl and put in the fridge overnight to soak.
- Make sure the juice spout is closed.
- Scoop soaked hazelnuts, dates, vanilla bean powder, and salt into the hopper.
- Turn on the juicer.
- Gradually add water through the lid opening.
- Open the juice spout when the juicing bowl is full. Strain the milk if desired.
