Orange Immunity Juice

Ingredients
- 2 sweet oranges
- 3-4 carrots
- 4 sweet apples
- Ginger
- Turmeric
Serves 3.

Directions
- Peel your oranges and wash your ingredients thoroughly.
- Load ingredients into the juicer. If needed, cut ingredients to fit the hopper.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 72 hours in an airtight container.
Carrot Cake Pancakes

Ingredients
- ½ cup orange immunity juice pulp
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- Pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- Syrup
Directions
- Place all ingredients except syrup in a bowl and mix.
- Heat a lightly buttered griddle or pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle.
- Cook until batter is no longer runny.
- Flip and cook until browned on the other side.
- Serve with syrup and your choice of toppings.

- Sugar → Coconut sugar
- Milk → Plant-based milk
- Egg → Flax egg
