Did you know bell peppers are very high in vitamin C? Boost your vitamin C intake by juicing bell peppers with oranges and pineapple!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3-4 bell peppers
  • 4 oranges
  • 3 carrots

Serves 3.

    Product Needed

    Kuvings REVO830 Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.

    Directions

    1. To start, peel off oranges and remove pineapple's skin. Cut pineapple into chunks. Slice bell peppers in half then remove the seeds and stem. Peel carrots if desired.
    2. Begin adding fruit and veggies, making sure to alternate between them.
    3. If preferred, serve over ice.
