Ingredients
You can use any fruit and vegetable scraps you have! This recipe uses:
- Kale stems
- Beet tops
- Carrot tops
- Broccoli stems
- Pineapple
- Beet
Serves 2.
Product Needed
Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
Directions
- Gather the washed ingredients together. Prepare pineapple, peeling and chopping up to fit juicer. If desired, peel the beet.
- Insert ingredients into the juicer, alternating frequently. Since many of the ingredients are fibrous, alternating between them ensures the pulp comes out smoothly.
- Serve (ice optional) and enjoy!
