Have you ever heard of a juicer that can make more than just juice? The AUTO10 Plus is precisely that!
In addition to juice, the AUTO10 Plus makes milks, smoothies, and sorbets, making it a versatile 4-in-1 juicer! So instead of pulling out a juicer, a nut milk maker, a blender, and an ice cream maker, you only need the AUTO10 Plus!
But how does it work? The AUTO10 Plus doesn't have multiple buttons and presets like the typical kitchen appliance. Instead, it comes with three strainers: a juicing strainer, a smoothie strainer, and a sorbet strainer. They're super easy to identify and use!
In this post, we’ll explain how the AUTO10 Plus strainers make juice, nut milk, smoothie, and sorbet, and the results they produce. Of course, we'll also provide you with recipes!
How the AUTO10 Plus Makes Juice
The AUTO10 Plus is a slow juicer that uses cold-press technology to extract juice from ingredients and create cold-pressed juice. A heavy rotating screw slowly crushes ingredients and presses them against a strainer to extract their juices.
The juicing strainer features small holes all around, allowing juice to flow into the juicing bowl and out through the juice spout. A larger hole at the bottom of the juicing strainer allows pulp to exit through the pulp spout.
Slow juicing extracts juice without generating heat, effectively creating cold-pressed juice. Cold-pressed juice is more nutritious and retains its nutrients longer than juice made with high-speed juicers.
The AUTO10 Plus also expertly separates juice from pulp, extracting the maximum juice from the ingredients! Therefore, you get dry pulp and a lot of smooth, nutrient-dense juice when juicing with the AUTO10 Plus.

How the AUTO10 Plus Makes Milk
You likely noticed that the AUTO10 Plus comes with three strainers but makes four types of recipes. This is because you use the juicing strainer to make plant milk since the processes of making juice and plant milk are similar.
Since nuts, oats, beans, and seeds don't contain liquid, the AUTO10 Plus crushes them and mixes them with water to create plant milk. The juicing strainer then separates the milk from the pulp, with both exiting from their designated spouts.
The beauty of using the AUTO10 Plus to make plant milk is that you don’t have to strain the pulp by hand. Usually, making milk with a blender requires straining with a cheesecloth or a milk bag. This requires more manual effort and can get messy.
Because the AUTO10 Plus’s juicing strainer strains the pulp for you, preparing plant milk is effortless and mess-free. The result is creamy, smooth milk and dry pulp.

How the AUTO10 Plus Makes Smoothies
While the juicing and smoothie strainers look the same, the smoothie strainer has larger holes and a bottom plug for the pulp.
The pulp plug on the smoothie strainer indicates that the pulp is part of your smoothie, so you won’t see any pulp exiting the pulp spout!
The pulp makes smoothies thicker than juice. Therefore, the larger holes on the smoothie strainer allow the thicker product to feed into the juicing bowl.
You can use ingredients typical for a smoothie, such as fruit, milk, flavorings, and powders. If you want your smoothie cold, we recommend using frozen fruit. The AUTO10 Plus screw is strong enough to crush thawed ingredients, and the rotation wiper will help mix everything in the juicing bowl.
The only exception is ice; don't insert ice into the juicer, as it may damage the juicer. But even without ice, AUTO10 Plus smoothies are still cold and creamy! They also taste richer because there's no ice to water down the flavor.

How the AUTO10 Plus Makes Sorbets
The sorbet strainer is the blue strainer with the spout. Another name for it is the "blank strainer" because it has no holes.
Making sorbet with the AUTO10 Plus is super simple because you can make sorbet from frozen fruit alone. Thaw the frozen fruit for a few minutes to allow the screw to crush them and create sorbet in the sorbet strainer.
The spout on the sorbet strainer feeds the sorbet directly to the juice spout. Keep the smart cap open to prevent the sorbet from building up in the strainer.
Another benefit of making sorbets with the AUTO10 Plus is that you can enjoy them immediately! The sorbets come out cold with the proper sorbet texture, so you don't need to stick them in the freezer to harden.
With the AUTO10 Plus, sorbets become even healthier, more refreshing, and easier to make!
